Letter of Recommendation
Mr. Bob Eakins from the Panda Lacrosse Club Kleinmachnow conducted a comprehensive theoretical and practical introduction to lacrosse training during the physical education classes at the Goethe Gymnasium Lichterfelde in December and January for students in grades 7 through 10.

The training sessions began with a theoretical introduction to the history of lacrosse, which provided the students with an exciting insight into this sport.

Furthermore, numerous exercises to improve fitness and technique were performed, allowing the students to further develop both their physical abilities and their playing skills. At the end of the session, the newly acquired skills could be tested on the playing field. The lessons were well-structured and enabled all participants to actively take part.

The materials were provided by Bob Eakins, and the training was also conducted on a voluntary basis, so there were no costs for the school.

The Physical Education Department would like to express its sincere gratitude for the commitment and excellent cooperation and highly recommends Mr. Eakins' training sessions to other schools.
