Data protection / Privacy Rights / NIL

 

(1) The “Panda Lacrosse Club" collects, processes and uses the personal data of its members (personal and current information) via electronic data processing (EDP) for the purposes of fulfilling tasks permitted under this statute. Specifically, the following member data: Name and address, gender, telephone number. (landline and mobile), e-mail addresses, date of birth, grade level, function in the association.

 

(2) As a member of the Deutscher Lacrosse Verband (DlaxV), the club is obliged to provide certain personal data such as; name and age of members a e-mail addresses to create a player pass. If a player does not have a player pass that individual is not allowed to participate in DlaxV sanctioned matches.

 

(3) Within the framework of the statutory provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (in particular §§ 34 and 35 BDSG), each member has the right to information regarding the personal data stored, recipient of the data, purpose of the storage as well as any modification, deletion or blocking of personal data. The right to object to the processing of personal data in accordance with § 36 BDSG can be exercised by any member at any time.

 

(4) Through their membership and associated recognition of these statutes, the members agree to the collection, processing (storage, modification,sharing) and use of personal data to the extent specified above. Any other data processing or use beyond its statutory duties and purposes (for example, advertising purposes) is only permitted by the association if it is obliged to do so for legal reasons or if the member has given consent. Sale of data is not permitted. Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) Permission

 

(5) Panda Lacrosse Club may use Name, Image or Likeness as part of club related activities such as promoting events and the Panda Lacrosse Club. Use may include written advertising material, website, Facebook and Instagram. All other use is expressly forbidden.
